Okay, here is the deal. I am turning 24 and there is nothing to look forward to at that age because you just want to be 25 so your car insurance will go down!

-someone to pay my 171 speeding ticket {breakdown: $30 for the ticket & 141 for court fees... just incase you dont understand that, in the state od North Carolina you have to pay court fees even if you pled guilty, pay the ticket & DO NOT attend court! I dont have a problem paying a ticket that is 171, BUT i do have a problem paying 141 dollars for court fees when I wont even be attending court. please tell me what the heck the court fees are for, because if i dont go then there is no need for a judge, a lawyer, A COURTROOM or whatever else is needed in court.}
